The question comes first
A weak question gives a weak reading no matter what turns up.
The question decides the quality of a reading more than the cards do. "Does he love me?" is a weak question. The answer lives in someone else, and cards can't read another person's head.
Weak question, good question
- WEAK: "Will I get the job?" → a yes/no question, and cards don't do yes/no.
- GOOD: "How should I position myself in this application?" → asks about something that is yours.
- WEAK: "Does he love me?" → someone else's interior.
- GOOD: "What am I ignoring in this relationship?" → your blind spot, your responsibility.
The rule: start the question with "I", not "they". Tarot is a mirror; asking a mirror about someone else's face makes no sense.
