1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Celestine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Celestine is rated 16+ and is not intended for anyone under 16.

2. ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER

Celestine is designed for entertainment purposes only. Horoscope readings, tarot interpretations, compatibility analyses, cup and palm readings, dream readings, runes, numerology and Celestine chat responses are not professional advice. Do not rely on Celestine for medical, financial, legal, or psychological decisions. Readings are generated by a computer or by an AI model and are not predictions of real events.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Celestine offers optional auto-renewing premium subscriptions:

  • Weekly, Monthly, 3-Month and Yearly plans are available. The price and period of each plan are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency, and may vary by region.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

4. CRYSTALS AND AI READINGS

Crystals are the in-app credit spent on AI-generated features: chat messages, dream interpretation, and coffee, tea and palm readings.

  • Free users receive a one-off welcome gift of crystals on install and may spend it on any AI feature they choose. The current amount is shown in the app under Crystal Store. Beyond that, crystals are obtained by buying a pack or by subscribing. Features that do not use AI — horoscopes, tarot draws and spreads, the card library, birth chart, compatibility, calendars, numerology, rituals and the journal — never consume crystals. Basic versions of these are available to everyone; extended versions (such as weekly and monthly horoscopes, multi-card tarot spreads, the full birth chart, detailed compatibility, planetary transits and the full daily ritual) are part of the premium subscription.
  • Premium subscribers receive a monthly crystal allowance (the current amount is always shown in the app). It renews at the start of each calendar month, any unused part does not carry over, and it is available only while the subscription is active — when the subscription ends, the remaining allowance ends with it. Purchased and bonus crystals are not affected.
  • Subscribing also grants a one-off bonus of crystals; the amount is shown on the plan card before you buy. These are added to your permanent balance, do not expire, and are granted once per purchase - not again on each automatic renewal.
  • Crystals can also be bought as one-off, non-refundable consumable purchases. Purchased crystals do not expire and are held separately from the monthly allowance.
  • Crystals have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices. Crystal amounts and prices may be adjusted over time.
  • Celestine contains no advertising. There is no way to earn crystals by watching ads.

Chat messages, dream descriptions and reading photos are processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic) on our behalf. While we take care to provide helpful responses, all AI content is for entertainment only and may be inaccurate.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Celestine and its creators are not responsible for any decisions made based on app content. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, and branding in Celestine are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
