Eight of Wands
speedmomentumactioncommunicationprogress
The wind is behind you. Move fast, say things clearly, and let it carry you.
The Eight of Wands is speed. Everything picks up at once: messages land, delays end, things start moving. Keep up with it; this is the good kind of fast.
Reversed, the timing is off: delays, crossed wires, or moving before you were ready. Slow down just enough to aim before you go.
Romance speeds up. Messages, plans, meetings: it all arrives at once.
Projects move quickly toward the finish. Keep pace with the change.
Wands are fire: drive, work you chose, the thing you want to make happen.

A card on its own says less than a card in a position. Celestine lays it out and reads it with your chart.
